Here's one I finished at the weekend. Made from a slab of Russian Jade I picked up from a RocknGem fair, I chose this slab because it's really monotone, quite different from the NZ jade and as I was looking for a piece of stone to make a hook similar to a Mimmo Diana hook I had seen in "Stone Bone and Jade" which looked really tactile and almost useable, also it was matt finished which I thought looked real nice. Here's the slab I cut it from

And cut out, worked really well, not faults or grain to worry about.

The finished article bound, I'm wearing it for a couple of days as I like it so much. Tama/Paipo have you used this material before?

Thanks for looking guys
