I

I few years ago I was fortunate enough to be able to order a Singapore Sling from the Raffles Hotel in Singapore - the birthplace of the drink. Raffles is a rather exclusive hotel, and I remember the drink costing around me around $12 dollars - but I did get to keep the glass. The glass is a stemmed glass, with a drawing of a 1920 era couple on it .... definitely more of a Great Gatsby than a tiki feel.

The Slings there were pre-made, but I didn't complain too much because it did soothe my dry throat.

A web search came upon an image of the Raffles Singapore Sling glass - that is not me in the picture.
