I still think it's odd that this is the first bulb of garlic I've tried to use in probably a year that didn't have either mold or sprouts, even the ones I've bought from Whole Foods, which ordinarily has awesome produce. Oh well! Maybe I've just been having bad luck, or maybe I need to start buying my garlic at the produce market. Garlic's worth going out of the way for.
