Another musubi trick is to toss in a BIT of real maple syrup at the very end, to coat and crust the spam, sealing the juices in. The hard part is using a tiny amount, (like a teaspoon per pan) enough to do the job but not enough to overflavor it. I guess that's Canadian Musubi! |
