Actually, the web page says 1842. At one time there were over 200 rum distilleries in the Boston area. On another board we are listing the US ones, and are up to 8, and a couple blenders. 8, in the entire US. Charbay - CA (distiller) Cabana Bay - ME (blends Virgin Islands rum) |
