Absinthe Night at Forbidden Island May 21st at 7:00pm - Tiki Drinks and Food

One of my bars will just next week begin to offer the Absinthe Drip. (We're using Lucid Absinthe.) I picked up a gorgeous crystal dripper. Sitting on the back bar with halogen lights making it sparkle,I expect it will catch every eye. Note that the 1934 Zombie recipe (Sippin' Safari), calls for 6 drops of absinthe. (I've found that three drops is enough.) Everyone with a genuine interest in spirits should check it out. Go to Forbidden Island, if you live in the area, and immerse yourself!
