My brain says "yeah, I understand that's the way the free market works". But it just feels so wrong to lust so much after a thing. I love vintage Poly Pop tiki as much as anyone and surround myself with it, but it's the vibe, the visuals, the sounds, the smells and, of course, the people that give it life. Not the things. There's not a thing in my house that I value that much. So, again, I just don't get it. Sorry, rant over.
