There is a small booklet in the same vein than the "Here's Hawaii" books that was called "The Snooper", it had great ad art and "society info" in it, here is an example from 1965. It was printed as a pocket guide, in a very slim format, with text in tiny print. It lists all the right places:

...and in its "social register" it mentions Martin Denny getting to perform for the Hawaii Calls TV show:
