that background wave is coming together....
lightening the sand around the fire -good foresight!
don't let the log get you down....you'll nail it..
if it becomes a problem,do some sketchbook studies first.....
that's what i always do...
or do a watercolor or ink wash study
to figure out the lighting....
stoked you're stoked on painting!
your enthusiasm and creativity will
make it easier each session!
