Don't know if Jeremy would go for the thatch roof over every booth or not. Jeremy had mentioned to GROG awhile back that he wanted the Tonga Hut to be a "Tiki Lounge" and not a "Tiki Bar", so he didn't want to deck it out in bamboo everywhere and luhala matting on the walls. |
