When I hear the word 'remodel' I always cringe. It usually means "we're changing it and you're not going to like it", but you never know. I only visited the Bali Hai once this past summer. Unfortunately didn't have enough time to dine or drink there, just stopped by to take a look and buy some stuff at the gift shop. I hope whatever they do is just an upscale 'spit and polish' without any big changes.
