I've noticed what a joke "feedback" is on ebay. It's usless, especially when sellers hold your feedback "hostage" until you provide a glowing report on the transaction. I have had several crappy experiences on ebay and never left a word of feedback becasue of that practice. A soon as I write "packs like a guy getting out of prison" or "fibs on condition of item" I will get a similar, but untrue, response as retaliation.

When I sell I leave feedback when the buyer pays, that's all a buyer is supposed to do, so feedback goes out. The feedback system just falls short in my opinion. It's a silly game most of the time.

A "positive" response is akin to "buy" ratings on Wall Street. Just about everything is listed as a "positive".
