We don't pay for health care but we sure get to wait 10 hours in emergency rooms and many months on the waiting list to see a specialist. Not mentioning the family doctors shortages.

By the way, on the tikiyakiairways.com site, in the store page, it says 18$ international for the new CD. OK, but on it's right, in small white types it says "only 10$ when purchased with flight". What does that exactly mean? Mahalo for your help.
