Hmmmm.... I have mixed feelings. I applaud plans for a larger bar area. That's always been needed. But I'm not too thrilled with a sports bar motif. Still, probably should hold judgment until it's complete.

I'm not surprised about the demise of the gift shop since it was only opened if you asked somebody to open it. Not sure I understand the glass enclosed stairway.
