I worked for/with Caryn Bailey when we both worked for Durrant Architects here in Tucson back in the '90s. I'm sure she will do a good job, probably constained by what the owners want. Alot of architects get flak for doing ugly work, but some of that is dictated by the owners wants & ideas (also budget). Here's hoping they do a great job with the kind of atmosphere it deserves.
