The other issue you'll run into is that it's constantly being revisioned as it seems to keep getting bought and sold. I've grown up in Ohio and been going there pretty consistently since I was in grade school. I don't remember there being a tiki bar/restaurant in there but that doesn't mean it didn't exist, if not for a little while. I'll see what I can dig up. I know there are a lot of KI fan-sites that may have some run down on the history. I found that Fogcutter cup recently at a thrift store. I'd like to know more as well.
