I don't remember there being a tiki bar/restaurant in there but that doesn't mean it didn't exist, if not for a little while. I'll see what I can dig up. I know there are a lot of KI fan-sites that may have some run down on the history. I found that Fogcutter cup recently at a thrift store. I'd like to know more as well.
