From that last quote it sounds like you didn't ask him
before you made them...
and that doesn't seem right.
Al works hard and is one of the most talented
hard-working guys i know...
Brainstorming and concept work are just as taxing and time-consuming as
actual creation.And often just as hard...
and furthermore,
Artists should always be shown copies of their work
to get an approval
not only to use the design
but to approve the final product and how it looks
especially if it's going out into the market.
i mean, you are attaching this pendant to Crazy Al's name
so shouldn't he get a say in it?

it appears that you are profiting off of Al's hard work,perry
(i read nothing about Al getting a percentage/only credit)
so you should definitely clear this with him now that you've
made and are selling an "Al" design....
