Sugar and water shaken cold (or cooked and stirred) (1:1) is called "simple syrup" by mixologists. That's where I am coming from. Who calls it "sugar water?" And what's the difference? I read your linked article and did not see any connection to this discussion. What am I missing? -Jack |
