Oh boy, I gotta come up to SB! Seared Tuna, Tuna Sashimi, Tuna Poke...my favorites! Can you smoke Tuna? Smoked fish is another fave of mine. When I stayed at Bill Westenhaver's house I was fed a diet of their self-smoked salmon every day, that was grand... :) |
