Has anyone else tried to order the new "limited edition" tiki mug that Trader Vic's LA recently advertised?? I received an e-mail from them notifying me of the new mug (Which is just a green version of "The Big Kahuna"), and, after checking to see that it was real, immediately ordered the mug on July 14th. To date, however, I have yet to receive either:

1. the mug;
2. a confirmation/order number for the mug;
   or
3. a reply to my inquiries using the "contact us" button on their website.

I am getting a bit frustrated here with them, as I am currently out $26.98 for the mug and shipping, and have nothing yet to show for it.

Thanks for any info/comments anyone can give.
