Yep, croutons soaked in either 151 or lemon extract. The 151 will give a bluish flame and the lemon extract will be more of a yellow/white flame. And a lot taller flame than the 151 so be careful!!

I used to use sugar cubes soaked in the flammable but croutons work really well and they're cheaper.
