Very well said, Randy.

I do think that the "What's Cooking" thread became the unfortunate scapegoat of a larger growing problem that a lot of old-timers here have been noticing - namely the watering-down of tiki content in the main threads, which I think is inevitable when a forum's membership grows as large as this one.....

Here's my beef.

Old-timers like Bigbro, Sabu, and DustyCajun consistently post great content. For any threads that I start (and I've started a lot), I always strive to post good (i.e. articulate) content (even though you might not agree with it).

What I find annoying is some "old timers", based on the fact their join date was early 2000's, feel they can pass Tiki judgment on the rest of us, especially when they haven't posted anything of relevance for a long long time.

If you're going to pass judgment: Put up or shut up.

Thank you for listening.
