If you have purchased tickets and cannot make it to the show we will refund your tickets up until this Friday, August 5. After that you will not receive a partial or full refund for any ticket.

Do not call the hotel for information, the 800 number for the hotel goes to a national call center who know nothing about the event and even the front desk workers tend not to know anything about the event and they cannot book rooms for the event weekend.
