I think that would present too much liability from the standpoint of the event organizers (and or hotel). It's probably better that the room parties remain the "private" events that they are.
Example, if someone get injured in a room party or if minors are mistakenly served alcohol, does the event organizer or hotel want to bear the liability for that ??

the room parties are intentionally private rooms so that they can do whatever they want and not get shut down at 10pm or midnight like the hotel would want to do.
BUT
Like I said, there will be enough security to have at least one guard on each floor and even outside of the door of a party if needed. The hallways are the jurisdiction of Tiki Oasis and the Hotel and we are going to ensure that they are safe.

What I need from everyone here is a promise that they will keep an eye out for these sort of antics and report them immediately rather than avoid them.
