It said something along the lines that it is immoral and against the current tiki resurgence to take things from operating tiki establishments, be it mugs, menus, or decor. Side note: It's a bummer that DTB can't serve their drinks in actual 'rum barrels' anymore because Art said that so many were being stolen from the bar. Pretty lame if you ask me. Anyway, this guy has taken it to the next level. Let's get this neon stealing jerk.
