Regarding the style genre, I would call this Pre-Tiki, which is similar to Hawaiiana, (though Hawaiiana means of purely Hawaiian origin)
Though 1957 is already in the Tiki period, the older married couple portrayed here (and the whole style of the Alfred Hitchcock TV series) clearly belongs to the Pre-Tiki generation. Not until 1959 did Tiki enter the world of TV, with Hawaiian Eye.
