Kraken, while I don't have any alcohol restrictions, I have found that non-alcoholic drinks, when done well, are also quite good in a different sense than traditional cocktails. Non-alcoholic drink recipe books are out there, and it sure is an eye-opener when you find a good "honest" non-alcoholic beverage that doesn't rely on high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavorings, and other shortcuts. It's always worth pursuing the "real" and "fresh" ingredients.
