Last Sunday was a typical cold and mega rainy Wisconsin fall day....which screams for "comfort food". My wife's homemade chicken and dumplings w/ "Northwoods" (a versatile Penzy's spice mix) roasted chicken breasts and fresh veggies in the trusty Le Creuset. Satisfying and not $.
