I would concur, yes. The big mask wall fountain with light-up eyes certainly is. Here is a photo of it that Jeff Berry took on a trip in the 80s:

...a little less glamorous than the brochure picture from Tiki's heyday :)

Wonder if they were added later, or just did not last very long....
