I'd be happy to have that on the side of my apartment. There is an artist in Los Angeles named Stephen Glassman that is going to plant bamboo forests on billboards. He raised over $100,000 on kickstarter for the project. Environmentally friendly comment upon the urban jungle, I guess. http://stephenglassmanstudio.net/index.php?/project/urban-air/ I think there should be an animatronic Bamboo Ben smiling and waving at cars hidden in the foliage. This is a representation of what the finished project will look like. My favorite billboard I've seen in LA was the smoking pineapple advertising the movie Pineapple Express and I don't even smoke.
