Wife and I just bought a new home with the perfect finished basement to convert to my own little lounge - and I'm excited! Finally a place to display all those strange artifacts I've been collecting in storage! :) I'm a long time Polynesian pop-culture fan and onetime bartender that tried to advocate proper mixology. I also am co-host and producer of the show "Taverncast" (www.taverncast.com) which is riddled with plenty of Tiki / fifties pop-culture / retro goodness - centered around good drinks and off-the-wall topics.
