That M&C looks amazing and I just cant turn down a good stuffed baked potato! The bread pudding sounds yummy. Mike, I'm thinking maybe a little more than butter for that recipe. LOL I'm wondering if you could sub some crushed pineapple for the raisins and maybe add a bit of rum to the milk mixture to really boost that "hawaiian" feel.
