It's similar to the earlier recipes that I posted, except that it features Monin syrups, which are more readily available in the U.K. Browsing the rum bar's site, I also notice that Sean uses fassionola in his Jet Pilot recipe, which I don't know if I've seen outside of The Mai-Kai. Sounds like a new must-do in the London Tiki bar scene.
