Hope to see you at Mojave next Spring Scott, need to convince the new wife to spend a weekend with my "slightly odd" Tiki friends :lol: Actually, she is pretty adventurous so it could actually happen.

Nice looking fish tacos there Storm.

Tonite's dinner; Chicken Tikka, Basmati Rice, Samosas, and Naan

I SLAVED over this dinner :lol:
The Tikka was a jar from World Market
The chicken was pre-cooked strips from Costco
The Naan was from the bakery at Walmart
The Samosas were made from Country Crock mashed potatoes, canned peas, and some additional spices wrapped in uncooked tortillas and fried
I did actually cook the Basmati (although I did briefly consider the boil-in-bag kind :wink: )
