Palisades Amusement Park Tiki restoration - General Tiki

It has been painted at least 6 times since it left Palisades in 1969. We plan to completely strip the statue and finish it to its original beauty. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate any color photos of the statue at Palisades. We did find a postcard featuring the same ride that was at a Wildwood casino but it is too small to determine a color scheme. The statue is made of fiberglass. Does anyone have any tips on how we might be able to find an appropriate color scheme to paint it? Or does anyone have a good color photo of a Jungleland ride that shows this little guy.
