Tiki bar = mixed drinks / Sports Bar = Beer and a shot.

Tiki bar food = exotic dishes from the far east / Sports bar food = Wings from Buffalo.

Sports types are more likely to associate Party City with tiki than say Witco, Not you, just sayin.

But hey if you can put the two together and love it go for it.
Me, I'm more smoky quite tiki lounge type.

In my general experience, the sports bars I've been to have been to only get noisy when it comes to bigger games. It's pretty quiet if its during the week (or at least general noise level).
