I looked over that article, it doesn't seem to mention what you are saying. At the same time "Increased spending" (presuming you meant "did note") can mean several things. Did they spend more overall, did they spend the average but did more of their transactions through the band/incidental system, did they use their bands more than the traditional room key linked cards, etc. I would guess that the increases noted during the trail would be less increases in overall spending and more of a format change.

There was also discussion on overall spending increases for the year, the big question is whether they are spending more due to wanting to buy more food/things or are they simply buying the same amount of goods at a higher price?
