i have found much in the way of jewelry in small human forms, usually gold or gold tone. i got a pair of gold cufflinks a while back that really are ambiguous between tiki and aztek. but my gut is that they're aztek. as we mentioned back in the "pirates of the carribean" thread, there were idols that at first glance looked moai-like (elongation of features, etc.) but were really meso-american. i'm sure it's a pretty collectible field...
