Not to take the excitement out of this, but I was in the office and the rec room of the Tiki Spa several times before it was sold, and saw very little worth saving. And the rooms were occupied by crack dealers before the closing... What I wanna know much more is B.) WHAT is happening to the whole place? Outrigger beams being sawed off (BOT p.22) already, I did not have much hope for it.... |
