It IS insulting - that they make movies that dumbed-down. Are our teens THAT bad? Please tell me no; otherwise, I need to quit my job now, as it is apparently hopeless. At least they tossed in little bits to make the kids who'd vaguely stayed awake in their British Lit classes feel smug. ("Ooh, Chaucer! We were supposed to read him - um, not that I did...")
