Just met the owner, he wants some HUGE tikis that can be seen from Highway 99 as well as some smaller ones inside. Looks like I'll be very busy carving this summer. I was skeptical that it would work till I discovered the owner already has a hugely successful restaurant in downtown Modesto named Sharkey's Crab Shack.
