We have already talked about this product here. I just saw the new design in the market and had to get some, the font and the Tiki are quite nice I thought, it's face based on the PMP mug. Yet even my 12 year old son, who favours citrus flavoured soda, says the bright yellow green beverage (reminds me of INCA COLA) tastes too "chemical" too him.

I just wanted to point out the fact that the Tiki revival has brought Shasta full cycle, because the original Shasta Tiki Punch Soda from the 60s, of which I have a can, did not actually have a Tiki on it (or it would have ended up in the BOT), just a rendering of Mount Shasta. I was always dissappointed about that.

But the real irony to me is that in German the word "Mist" translates to "manure" (Kuhmist = cow manure), and the word is used as a slang expression equal to "Crap!".
When I go back to Deutschland in July I will bring some cans with me for friends who will get the joke, after all, we love our TIKI CRAP!
