Another vintage home tiki bar bites the dust

Stevie Wonder is a house flipper and makes very good money doing it. From reading the real estate section in the Los Angeles Times I think quite a few music and movie industry folks supplement their income by house flipping.

4 years ago he purchased a 1928 Mediterranean house in Los Feliz for $2.407 million and after what looks like a complete tearing apart of the interior he is now trying to sell it for $8.199 million.

The glassed in room is where the tiki bar used to be. It has been replaced with a white marble bar.

Unfortunately they aren't very high quality.

Interesting post! It is certainly a shame to lose a home tiki bar, but fortunately Tiki Central is helping many to rediscover and build home tiki bars.
