i was going to go with that but $8 vs a couple hundred or more. they are pretty expensive from ikea, lowes and home depot.

Well I'm lacking bamboo and thatch but I can make almost any drink in Jeff Berry's books so maybe that can make up for it :)

Something like that - we just ordered a bunch with a controller that has like a dozen color variations, brightness controls, etc. Way better than anything else you'll find at IKEA etc.
