Reviewing the last ten or so pages, here are my findings: I should post more pictures. Mai Tais / Three Dots & A Dashes / Zombies are the most popular tiki drinks. Beers, Old Fashioneds & sipping on El Dorado rums are popular non tiki beverages. Dick Moano's 'Original Polynesian Tropical Bar Recipes' is a recommended purchase (a copy is on its way to me) :) Hang10tiki is powered by cocktails & I want to know his secret :) Lunavideogames is travelling the US going bar to bar & I want in :) I agree Luna, the Saturn is crazy goooood! :)

I cut back from 3/4 oz to 1/2 oz on the Allspice dram, because it's flavor can easily be overpowering. I also used honey mix instead of plain honey, home-made passion fruit syrup and 3 TBS of "All Whites" liquid egg whites. That's one frothy and tasty drink!
