Just curious if anyone on TC does this (in their copious amount of free time)?

I used to be into this alot and recently have starting do bookxing again.

I experimented with this about 4 years ago or so.

It is a good idea.
Peope should look into it.

But in my case I tend to accumulate books but the truckload, and sometimes only get around to reading them years after I buy them... so I wasn't a great member of this thing...

I LOVE reading a good book, but sadly rarely have the time to so anymore. I think this program is great and has traditionally been very popular around Alameda. It started here around the time I left 15 years ago. But I've noticed liberated books around from time to time this go around living here.

Can't say the same for Mountain View...still love it though. While in Mountain View, I donated my copious amounts of books to the library. Figured it was probably underfunded and wanted to help in any way possible. At one point we had a home "library", literally room full of filled bookshelves wall to wall. Scary.

Ahhh...only to replace that collection with Tiki Mugs.
