Poipu Beach Boogie Board recipe??? (Three Dots and a Dash, Chicago)

Hi guys,

Did a search and didn't find anything.

Anyone know the recipe for the "Poipu Beach Boogie Board" at Three Dots in Chicago? Was there recently and really enjoyed that drink. Apparently the Imbibe Jan/Feb issue has the recipe but it is not printed online. (http://imbibemagazine.com/In-this-Issue-Jan/Feb-2014).

Since that edition of the magazine is almost a year old, I feel OK as a subscriber in sharing the recipe!

1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz Lemon Hart 151
1/4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz guava juice
3/4 oz grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients in a blender with crushed ice and blend for 3 seconds. Strain into a tiki mug or glass over fresh crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves and 3 cherries.

(I've bookmarked this drink, but haven't gotten around to making it because I keep forgetting to pick up some guava juice.)
