OK, before we get any sillier with the condiments/food threads, here's a list (in no real order) of condiments I've known & loved: add to the list, detract from the list, list your favorite brands, enjoy!

hoisin sauce
oyster sauce
plum sauce
pesto
soy sauce
pickles & olives
preserved lemons
Remoulade
Muffuletta
sambal

Tuong Ot Sriracha/Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce, the kind you find in all the Chinese and Vietnamese restuarants.

What does a Hooker eat after sex?

CONDOM Mints

Advercot sauce from Holland. Svarte Kip (Black Chicken) is the best. Made with rum and eggs basically. Turn your vanilla ice cream into an alcoholic sensation.

Don't know what you people eat out there, but down here, a Muffaletta is a sammich!
And a darn good one too, especially with an ice-cold Barq's.

What do you call the chopped olive condiment on the sammich? I've always called it muffaletta.

Olive salad.
The quality of which can make or break a muffaletta.
Yum-mee!
