Disney Tiki Room Poster - Tiki Marketplace

It is by artist Randy Souders and is entitled "Tropical Serendade" -- which I did not know was the title of the show at the Enchanted Tiki Room. I got the poster for $25 at the art strore in Downtown Disney. But you can purchase an 8x10 on his ebay store for $10. There is a larger sized "artist proof" available from his site for a few hundred bucks.
