One can only hope it is a touch up and not a remodel. The place is in poor condition, upstairs gets pretty warm for the employees and guests, the carpet is in sad shape and they do need to clean the beautiful windows and re-caulk them, that would be a good investment along with the pavilion addition. Hard to believe that in this sinking economy they are going to invest $$$ in this project. Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed.
